Booking travel today can feel overwhelming — hundreds of sites, dozens of “best price” claims, hidden restrictions, fine print, add-ons, limited-time offers, payment deadlines, and constant changes. A travel advisor exists to take all of that off your shoulders.


When you book with me, you get a personal advisor, not a call center, website, or anonymous booking engine. I don’t just make reservations — I help you design a trip that actually fits your needs.

The only thing I ask is that you don’t take the information I provide and then book the trip elsewhere.

You pay the same price booking through me as you would booking directly with the supplier. My commission is paid by the travel supplier, not by you.

 Often, yes.


I have access to agency-exclusive perks and promotions you may not receive on your own, including:

  • room upgrades (when offered)
     

I almost always provide extra value that’s unavailable through DIY booking.


 Yes — when the supplier allows it.


Many cruise lines, resorts, and hotels have price-match policies or offer comparable promotions. I can help you understand the fine print, compare apples to apples, and confirm whether the lower rate is actually eligible.


If a qualifying price appears, I’ll work to match or beat it. 


 I’m happy to help you compare options, but I’m not a price-comparison site.
If your only goal is to collect prices from multiple agents or websites, I may not be the best fit.


My real value is helping you plan and match the trip that fits your needs — not just finding the lowest number.


I focus on quality, not quantity.


Instead of overwhelming you with dozens of choices, I send the best options that truly fit your dates, interests, and budget.

My goal is to make travel planning feel easy and stress-free.


 In many cases, yes — if the reservation can be transferred to me.


This depends on the supplier and booking rules.

Typically, I can take over a reservation if:


  • it’s not paid in full
  • it’s within the transfer window
  • the supplier allows external transfers
     

If a supplier does not permit transfers or you choose to book separately, I’m unable to assist because I’m not assigned to your reservation.


Since it costs nothing extra to book with me, there’s no downside to letting me handle it from the start.


In many cases, yes.
Most cruise lines allow 24–72 hour courtesy holds, depending on availability and the sailing.
If a hold is available, I can secure it while you finalize your plans. 


I continue monitoring your trip even after you’re booked.


For cruises: 

I use CruiseTrack, an automated monitoring system that alerts me the moment a qualifying price drop or new promotion becomes available.


For all other vacations: 

I monitor resorts, vacation packages, hotels, and partner suppliers for new promotions, discounts, or upgrade opportunities.


When a new promotion or lower price appears - and your reservation qualifies - I will: 

✔ Reprice the trip
✔ Contact the supplier on your behalf
✔ Apply discounts, upgrades, or added perks (when allowed)


 I try to reply to every request within 24–48 hours (usually sooner).


If you don’t see a response:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder
     
  2. Add zach.glenn@mei-travel.com to your safe senders
     
  3. Contact me directly if needed


 Yes — I’m here before, during, and after your trip.


If you experience issues with flights, reservations, schedule changes, or supplier communication, I’ll help guide you through it and work with the travel supplier when possible.


You’re never on your own when you book with me. 


 Yes — please don’t ghost me.


I put real time and research into every quote. If the trip isn’t a match — budget, dates, destination, or timing — just let me know. We can easily adjust and explore more options.
