There is no cost to receive a quote. All quotes are complimentary.  The only thing that I ask is that you do not take the information that I send you to purchase the trip on your own or through another vendor. 

It doesn’t cost you anything extra as long as you book or transfer your cruise with me. My cost is covered by the supplier and that isn’t passed along to you. That means you pay the same price whether you book with me or directly with the supplier. 

While I will shop on your behalf for the best deal on your cruise, I don't consider myself a search engine for comparing prices between websites or other travel agents. If you're using me only to compare prices, please search elsewhere. There is much more value to my services to you than just price matching. My job is to find and plan the perfect cruise to suit your personal needs and wants. 

There are many times that it can be cheaper to book a cruise with me. Our agency often has access to special rates that are significantly lower than what you could book on your own. We also provide opportunities for onboard credit, priority activity booking windows, and more. I can almost always provide you with something extra that you won't get by booking on your own.

I don’t stop searching for the best prices even after you book. In most cases our exclusive Cruise Track technology notifies us when the rate drops. You can be assured that if you book your vacation now, and the cruise rate goes down, I will proactively contact the cruise line and ask to apply any savings that your booking qualifies for up until the final payment is made.

By booking with me you get a personal advisor for every aspect of your cruise based on my extensive experience and training. I try to fit my clients with the best cruise line and itinerary to suit their needs, not just what I want to sell. I can assist with flights, excursions, and pre or post cruise hotels and packages. I'm also your advocate with the cruise line. If you need changes made, I’m the one who does that for you either through my portal or by calling the cruise line on your behalf. I’ll make payments and send reminders on what tasks need to be completed prior to your cruise. I do the work behind the scenes so that all you have to think about is having fun. I also have loads of tips and tricks to share to make each trip more enjoyable! 

I always try to send my clients something on the ship as a 'Thank You' for putting their trust in me as their advisor. I will also send you reusable and durable luggage tags as well as key card holders for your phone (applicable cruise lines only). In addition to there are also instances where there are certain extra amenities such as Onboard Credit (OBC) and Onboard Gifts.

If you have an existing reservation, you can transfer your existing cruise reservation to me as long as it isn't paid in full and is within 30 days of the cruise being booked.  Contact me to find out how! 

I am regrettably unable to assist you if you are planning on booking on your own and are either unwilling or unable to transfer the booking over to me. I only get paid on commission from the cruise lines when a cruise reservation is linked to me. Since it costs you nothing extra to book with me, why book on your own? You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

I will always respond within 24-48 hours. Most of the time you'll hear from me much sooner. If you request a quote and you haven't heard from me, check your Junk or Spam folders. If you still don't see anything, contact me directly.

I'm glad you asked! Please don't 'ghost' me! There are so many times when I do research for a trip and a potential client either doesn't respond or suddenly stops responding to me.  If the cruise I quote isn't in your budget, isn't what you had in mind, or isn't good timing, please let me know about it and we can explore more options. If you decide on a different trip that's not a cruise, let me know as I can search and book more than just cruises!
